Kissing and being pretty are two completely different things. It's like trying to relate a rusting tank tread bolt to growing tomatoes in Bellingham.
If your logic held true, that pretty = kissed, then every time you walk down a street, any person that will find you pretty would just go over to you and kiss you freely.
Now, there needs to be a reason why someone would want to kiss you. You being pretty has no correlation other than if you want to express yourself as a slut or a very generous person who doesn't mind allowing anyone to touch you - isn't that the same thing?
Advice: you want to be kissed? Go outside right now and grab the first person that crosses paths with you and say, "Kiss me fool!"
If that isn't what you want, then may I suggest you find a reason to being kissed in the first place. Eg: having a boyfriend/girlfriend first.
Seriously, sometimes I wish I am your age with these 'problems'. It would be a 'vacation' from all this stress.

 well i see your point at that. i reached 11th grade before i had my first kiss and it was because it was my choice not to kiss those years before and yeah most people's reaction are like that "REALLY? but you are so preety" all i could say is that wait for the right time for your first kiss to make it more special and to tell you the truth i'm like you when i was your age. i feel so awkward when im around girls then it started to fade away and i gained confidence. hope this helps you
