 Take the lead and ask her out, ask her out for a drink or maybe to go and watch a movie together.

 Just talk to her... You are going to have to man-up to this one. Don't wait for signs... she could be waiting for the same. Just tell her how you feel and ask her if she feels the same. Then according to answer ... you proceed!
