the others are right, if you have to ask this you probably arent ready to be doing those things.... but just to clear it up:
you cant get pregnant from giving a handjob or giving head but you can get or give an sti/std
and there is a chance you can get pregnant even if you use protection, if you decide to have sex make sure you use all 3 contraceptive methods, condom/femidon (whatever you prefer but best to use condom for your first time), be on the pill/implant/injection etc and use spermicide
