But a secound later i was smiling and laughing. The same yesterday, I was happily playing on my laptop and then i was crying just over a close friend of mine ignoring me on msn. I got really depressed and after id got over it, i relised how pointless it was, and then just a minute later i was flicking back to happy. Im quite easy going, and let alot of things slide, but lately i havent and its bugging me. My friends have noticed a change in me too. How can i help control my mood swings abit more?

Hmm well it could just be PMT or pms but it usually only last a few days and you get it just before your periods you can go on the pill for this which sorts it out but i think its just your hormones go a bit haywire and itl sort itself out i wish i could suggest something else but i only get emotional like you with pms which is controlled by the pill now.
