I used to have an eating disorder, I was always working out and finding some way to lose weight. Well now My self esteem is low and I just hate they way I look, I have been eating so healthy in reality but I made myself throw up a couple times and it did it for me, but I dont want rotting teeth and all that. I dont want to eat but I play on 2 fast pitch softball teams and if I dont eat I feel very weak. I dont eat breakfast at home or lunch at school. The only time I get 3 full meals is weekends. I just want to lose weight so bad. I am 5"3 and im 14. Im starting to obsess over my weight again, I think I have a problem...

I've had similar problems, but at the end of the day letting food dominate your life really gets you into a cycle which is hard to come out of. I've realised that guys like girls with weight on them, you'll fell healthier and have more energy to do sport. I was constantly feeling ill when I was underweight and couldn't shake illnesses off. At 16 aswell you've got massive exams coming up, and food really is essential. If you feel you should see a GP or even confide in a family member or friend. Just don't let it take over things again. Best of luck xxx

You need professional help. No one on here will be able to help with your bulimia. It is a serious problem that can also lead to anorexia nervosa. Just us telling you to eat more won't do anything. A licensed therapist will be able to get to the root of your problem and how to overcome it. Good luck and please get help.
