I thought he was too and am not sure whether he still is since he has met someone straight from work and she is 5 years older than him, however he still tells me I'm his most perfect woman in every way and that we just can't be together yet, however he's living with this woman and planning to buy another house with her! I've tried but I can't let go!! I've lost all my confidence and just am not interested in anyone else!! Does he still love me??

You are better off without him, this girl did you a favor taking this casanova off of your hands.
You are not in love by the way, love takes being treated with respect, dignity, loyalty, trust, kindness and romance....He is not giving you anything here...and you are simply infatuated and probably strongly sexually attracted, not a basis for a real relationship....as real love takes time...and an actual relationship with someone.
