you want to change, so that is good start...you recognise and take resposibility, another good start. Stress and all other things, i have learnt are excuses.Because for example Would you snap at the nurse that was taking care of you in hospital? or the vicar in church? or the little kid next door? or old grannie? NO probably not, so we choose often to just let rip, but we also choose to contain it from the grannie who just pushed infront of us.
You actually have adopted a label of MOODY... you should change your mind set to infuture i am going to be HAPPY GO LUCKY, it is possible with a lot of hard work and mental training to undo old patterns of habbit. We almost act out what others exspect of us too...choice the one that wins is the one you feed....feed happy. Good luck and keep smiling, the worlds full of misery guts don't add to it, change it.
