I don't know what to do... it's ruining my life, it has had such an impact on me and has affected relationships with my friends and family! They don't enjoy my company anymore because I'm always down! I can't carry on like this anymore and I just can't get over him! I have many of the symptoms for depression. I can't believe a teacher has made me feel this way! Forbidden love hurts so much.What should I do? xx

Are you sexually atracted to him?If you are depressed, the best thing is to do what the first poster said -- go to counseling so that you can talk to a trained mental health professional who can help you get over your depression. This will better able you to get over your depression and move on to dating boys your own age. So please get help. You are too young and have too much of your life ahead of you to feel depressed about things right now. Get help before this problem gets worse.
