 Well i can understand you are shy. But you have to open to her she is your gf. You guys should always be open. And its great that you love your gf. =D well hm.... i think you should write a letter or card teling her how much you love her. She will be happy and know you love her and not avoiding her. She probably feels the same when you don't really show her love. So atleast write a letter =D
and try to express your feelings get her something not to expensive or like presents. like a random day give her a small presents like chocolate lol even tho it isn't a holiday she will say what are these for? then you can answer these are for the most beautiful girl i ever know or something like that

 i dont understand why ur shy?? if u are in love u would be crazyyy u would have fun every second of everyday are u sure ur in love wit her?? or do u just think.cuz anyone that i know that is in love there crazy and happy and just wanna have fun
