 If the guy should be approved of your mom then tell everyone about it. I mean you are 16+, no one should stop you from having a reletiomship.

reader, anonymous, writes (17 January 2009): First of all...why is your dating him a "secret"? Is he an older guy and your mum would not approve? Why doesn't your best friend know? I think you need to tell your friend the truth. After all, she is your best friend. Maybe you need to have a good talk with her about why you have to date this man secretly and whether that is in your best interest. Good luck.
