I can not commit to anyone.

I'm scared to commit to a person because I don't want to be heartbroken again.

I know I'm young but I'm scared I won't be able to commit when I get older.

A female reader, Emilysanswers United Kingdom +, writes (24 August 2009):

Dude, why would you WANT to commit to anyone at your age?

Anyone who is not scared of committing to one guy at 14 is an idiot.

You don't want to be going off and having deep and meaningful relationships at your age because then you might do stupid things like have sex.

Keep it light, go on dates, and do a lot of kissing, then you get the best of both worlds.

I'm in my 20's and sometimes miss the fact that you can't just snog a bloke with out him wanting more from you. Enjoy it while it lasts.

The future is something that can't be changed and anything could happen so don't worry about it.

Good Luck!! xx
