 Why not have her put the condom on in a sexy way, while you guys are making it? Instead of stopping all the action to do it, practice just kind of smoothly doing it while you guys are still making it out. Have her put it on as part of a handjob. Even if you do go soft while putting it on (hey it happens a LOT) you can get it back! Just don't take the condom off and readjust it before having sex. You'll get used to it eventually.
