I don't watch it daily, usually only once a week for around 10-20 minutes. I'm not addicted am I? I don't feel a need or an urge to watch, I just do. To me, it's entertainment. As for my second question, I usually masturbate around 1-2 times a day, usually only once. Though the last two days, I've been doing it 4+ times a day. Is it too often? I don't have a girlfriend, I've never been caught either. I have spring break off from school, so I've been bored, and decided to do it. Is it too much?Should I cut back on both of these?Thank you all!

Once, when I was about your age, my Mother caught me masturbating. She said that I should stop, since to continue would cause me to go blind. I replied, "Can't I just do it until I need glasses???"
Good luck.
P.S. I have had to wear corrective lenses for the last 40 years......

Get your ass outside. Go for a run, go to the gym, walk your neighbors dog. And let your poor eyes get a rest from the porn.
Generally I'd say masturbation is a healthy thing. There is a thing called emotional overeating - people eat when bored. I'd say there is such a thing as "emotional masturbation" - basically masturbation when bored. Just like the eating... I don't really consider that "healthy".
It's not about the NUMBER of times you masturbate, it's more along the lines of... ONE thing is being horny and taking care of business, but "Oh I'm so bored" let me watch so total strangers fake sex acts so I can yank on my knob" does that sound like a great idea? NOR do I really think the masturbation past is "bad" - the porn thing? Yeah, you should cut down on the porn. If you can't masturbate without porn? That would be a rotten thing, wouldn't it?
I also agree with Notsohappy. PORN is NOT reality.
www.yourbrainonporn.com/ is a site you should look into.

It is very unhealthy for you.Another secret I want to share with you. That is, all girls are attracted to interesting and successful guys. They keep a mile away from guys who are brainwashed by porn filth. And to be interesting to girls you don't have to be very good looking or tall, but must be smart and confidant and interesting to talk to and successful. So I suggest that you work to build your personality by filling your free time by reading good books and having a hobby like playing a musical instrument or theater or sports or any activity that interests you at school.
As for the second part of your post. I say bating at your age is normal and in fact inevitable till you are old enough to have a girlfriend which you will find is much more fun than any porn or bating.

You should cut back on porn viewing because there are studies done on teenagers which suggest that porn has disproportionately negative impact on teens vs adults, meaning porn is much worse for teenagers like yourself than adults. It has to do with the way porn channels arousal chemicals within a developing brain of a teen and making permanent changes to the brain mass which isn't healthy and normal. Such changes also occur in adults so in general porn should be avoided. As for your masturbation, it would interfere if you did that much while in a relationship but since you are single then you don't have that issue.
