Now its nothing like the stalking or following kind, I just can't get her out of my mind, we are't even in the same state anymore. We met we were 12, it was in middle school and I was quickly welcomed into her group of friends, and we were pretty close. I can't really see myself in a relationship with her, I just can't see myself with anyone else because shes always there in my mind. And when I start to like someone else, she always come back. I was hopeing to find advice to forget about her. And no we never dated, we did have sex one time but in was nothing, and we both went back to acting like nothing happened.

Since I separated from her and the group of friends I can't help but think of her far too often than is healthy!
My best advice is to come to realise that your feelings are nothing and mean very little to her or even you. I don't know how to banish them completely but having no problem with them helps. Perhaps forgetting isn't what you need?
Above all else; never judge a current relationship by what you had (or think you had) with her!
