writes: recently my friend has changed, we were friends for over an year, she used to talk to me daily , message me daily and we used to talk a lot, i always liked her, i still do .problem is recently she has changed, she dont message me daily and doesnt respond to mine, she talks very less, and whenever she doesnt , it starts coming to my mind that she is talking to another guy and thats why i am no longer interesting to her, i am so so obsessed by her i dont know why, i keep thinking about her all day, i want to end this obsession, i have tried many things, i keep myself busy, i do my hobbies but no matter what i do i still keep thinking about her, whenever she doesnt message me i get depressed, i want to be okay with it , i dont now what else to do to stop my obsession of her, i spend my time with my other friends, keep myself busy, but still this obsession is growing with time,, could someone help me what to do?

Sometimes it takes time to break a habit. You've invested far too much of your time in her, and you didn't really have a romantic connection. You grew attached.
Now you have to wean yourself off from looking forward to her contact. Time and circumstance will readjust your subconscious-mind to accept the fact that she's not into you.
You're resisting the reality that she doesn't want you that way. You're not obsessing. The subconscious-mind is stubborn.
You're feeling loss and grief for someone you truly like. That's normal.
