A female reader, EbonyBlossom United Kingdom +, writes (6 December 2012):

EbonyBlossom agony auntDo you or your boyfriend talk to each other about your problems? Keeping them inside isnt helping with your frustration. If you both spoke to each other about your problems so you knew you were there for each other, you might both be able to relax knowing you have someone to support you through tough times. That in turn might improve your relationship.
