Wish her the best but don't tell her hey you are not attractive I gotta go!! Were you attracted to her when you first met? How has it changed?
Just be sensitive. Do unto others as you would want them to do to you.

Honesty is the best way.. Its not fair to both of u to live life this way.. Both of you deserve to find someone completible in all ways.. Be happy... The sooner you talk the better.. Be nice, kind to her, make sure that she understands that you love her & wants to keep being friends..
