It started as a mild attraction but she began flirting with me and one night we cuddled in bed together. I don't know how to proceed. Neither of us has confessed our atraction to one another. I can tell she is just a scared as I am. It feels so right though. We often say how we would make the perfect couple. I'm so confused and my feelings are so strong. I want this to happen more than anything. Thank you.

It's not illegal to date or even marry a cousin. The main problem you would have would be family reaction. If you do decide to have a relationship make sure you take it slow and are honest with your family at every stage of the way. And be aware that if things don't work out you'll have to carry on seeing her regularly. Are you prepared to handle that?
