reader, anonymous, writes (10 April 2007): If he really loved you then why hasn't he finished with his girlfriend? Why is he with her? And what do you mean when you say that you are in too deep? Have you kissed him? Slept with him? If you really want him to yourself then you are going to have to give this guy an ultimatum, either he splits up with his girlfriend or you leave him. If he dumps his girlfriend for you then you know that he isn't just having the best of both worlds but if he refuses to leave his girlfriend then stop being with him and move on. I know that it is hard to move on but you'll get there with time.

 If he loved you why hasn't he finished with his girlfriend? Words are easy, actions are the hard part. I would ask you to consider his girlfriend before acting on your feelings. Imagine you were in her position and she was in yours. How would you feel if some girl was tryingto crack onto him then. I'm not going to tell you he's not worth it because I don't know him but I am going to tell you that under no circumstances should you act on your feelings til he's proved things are over with his girlfriend, no matter how deep you've fallen.
