I spent more and more time with him and our chemistry became apparent. It's become a drunken habit of ours to makeout and tell each other romantic things and then the next day, act like it never happened because we're both so awkward. Recently an "exotic" foreign chick started hitting on him and he eats up the attention, they even hook up. I'm in love with him and I don't know what to do, i feel like I can't compete with her. . .

Don't give up just because someone else is hitting on the guy you like. It happens all the time, look at it as a challenge. Im sure you have got just as many if not more good qualities than what she has got. Don't feel like you can't compete with her because you can, you are every bit as good as she is.Don't give up, and hang in there.Good luck xx
