 #1 distract yourself. If you find you find your self creeping her facebook page or constantly thinking about her find something to do. If you have too much free time on your hands that could make things difficult. Hangout with your buddies talk to other girls. And if possible try to make things right with your Ex. She may not want to be with you but at least try to make things right and maybe if possible be friends. But just know she probably won't ever want to be with you again and if she ever forgives you it would be from you proving to her that you can be there for her 24/7. Being a friend is the best thing a person can be.
