What's making you freeze this way. Are you attracted to him? That's how it sounds to me. Are you sitting there wondering how you compare? Don't bother. She's with him. Your options are simple; tell her how you feel or don't.
By the way, I seriously doubt you're in love with this girl. You're infatuated with her, but I don't think you've probably spent any real quality time with her to know her enough to be in love.
