When I found out I was very upset. I dont get much sleep now and everytime i think about them or see them I break down and cry. This has been going on for 4 months.

The only advice that will help to heal a broken heart is to hang out with friends and keep yourself busy with other things to get your mind off the pain.
hope this helps,

That's a little extreme given the circumstances you describe, but it does happen in the wake of infidelity or rape, so I can imagine it happening in other cases where "things" are involved--particularly if you felt a high degree of trust in these guys. The semi-good news about post-traumatic stress reactions is that you're probably just a bit fragile and sensitive and trusting--traits you don't want to give up, really. And in a case like this, I'd anticipate gradual improvement. On the other hand, if you're not improving, then seeing a therapist would be wise.
