writes:A long time ago when i was about 10-12 and lived at home with my 2 sisters and 1 brother i think i may have done something but cannot be sure if i had dreamed it or not.Basically i have at least 2 very strong memories of either things that happened or dreams about it, i used to get on with my sisters at that age and we used to play games like everyone else do with their family when young but i think my family may have drew the line.from what i can remember me and my 2 sisters may have had sex on at least 2 occasions, i distinctly remember where we did it and the images are very specific as to what we did together, being so young there was no way i could have thought it was as bad as i think it is now and probably didn't even think about it that much.Now however i am not sure if i am crazy or not for thinking this could have happened or if it did in fact happen, i don't care whether it did or did not happen really as being so young i can understand we didn't know right or wrong when it comes to stuff like that.how do i find out if we did in fact do those things without sounding like an insane person? our family is older now, i am 25, my sisters are a few years older than myself and are both living independent lives so i don't want to bring something up which could bring back some dangerous questionable memories but at the same time i need to know what happened so long ago. reader, anonymous, writes (19 January 2009): I agree that you should a therapist, but one who is trained and skilled in the use of hypnosis so that they can help you determine if you have repressed memories and did have sex with your sisters. The techniques in hypnosis enable patients to tap into their subconscious to recall details about past experiences that their conscious minds have blocked or cannot recall. Once you have determined whether you had sex with your sisters, you will be able to confront them about what happened.

reader, anonymous, writes (18 January 2009): I would suggest you talk to a therapist about this! They have a way of bringing out repressed memories. I agree that until you are sure this is a true memory and not a dream, it is best not to bring it up to your sisters. You don't want to turn everyones life upside down until you have some guidence from a professional! They will help you with any confrontation that you decide to go forward with!
