I'm having a hard time moving forward. Do I wait to see if she comes around?

Hi There,I'm very down,and I messed up in a huge way but I felt as I was being thrown away from my girlfriend. I love this girl and she has my heart and soul. I thought we had a relationship and believed in her words only to find she reached out to another gal so this killed my heart . I have had too many of my friends tell me she hasn't closed the door completely . They gave me their reasons so asking all of you too. She is still hooked up to me on FB I can still read her wall and with youtube she is still hooked up to me . I was told to give her space and in her search she will not find what she had with you .
