You must really love her.... It is hard because your used to being with her, maybe talking more often...just having her there. It is natural- you miss her presence and simply her...With baby on the way, its even harder because you want to be there for her, with her and help her as much as you can....
I would suggest writing emails, calling, thinking about all the good stuff you have and looking foward to day u meet again... Try to show her support too because she needs it even more than you...
