writes: First off, please don't judge me.. I'm finding myself falling for my adopted cousin who is also a gay male, who is 20. I'm 19 years old and a straight female. He got adopted into my family when he was around 2. We didn't really know each other when we were little. He's related to me on my father's side and I never really talk to my father or his family. We've only met a few times in real life and it doesn't feel like he's related to me. We just started talking about 7 months ago, and we've started to become really close. We have pet names for each other. He calls me beautiful/love and I call him sexy/love. He tells me he loves me and he misses me, What should I do? I know I shouldn't be crushing on my family.

Your right, and it's not just that he's family. He's gay. You don't fit his profile of having the right equipment. I can't tell you how many girls I know or that are on here that have fallen for a guy that is gay. They are said to be more sensitive than most guys, and basically holding qualities that many women complain about their guy lacking. Keeping this in perspective is important, not that the crush is wrong, but you'll drive yourself nuts the more you allow the crush to persist.
