Hello!! And i think what your doing and asking for advice is very brave.
I think you should start of by telling your best friend that your falling for his cousin. Let it to him gently, and try not to be too upfront or pushy about it.
It depends how he will react? He might be abit weirded out about it at first but then he might start to understand or he could be tottaly relaxed. But as well as that, he could disaprove it. But you will find a way to work round that. If you really like this girl it is up to you find out whether she is right for you. try to get to know her as much as you can. The try and work out whether there is something between you two. If you find out that you REALLY like her and that you think you'd be good together then make the first move. Ask her out on a date somewhere. Somewhere nice. treat her right so you best friend doesn't have to get involved. And if he really is your BEST FRIEND then he'll understand and let you get on with your replationship!!
