Her and I are really good friends and we flirt a lot... She knows I like her but I don't know what to do from here. I'm not one of those guys...I'm exactly what she's looking for, but she doesn't see it.

Let her know how much you care for her and how much you want to be the best boyfriend she's ever had. Even if she's a little nervous about getting involved with another guy, you're her close friend, and she trusts you. So, let her know how you feel in the sweetest possible way you can think of. I know I personally melt when men actually try to be sweet (which is a rarity this day and age). And with a little bit of luck (and skill) she'll melt for you! Good luck and take care!
