Im the same I recieved therapy for my feelings and have a helpful tip.
When you are scared something bad is going to happen, or someone is going to leave you, think of it and ask yourself "what would be so bad about that?" when you have an answer, ask yourself the question "what would be so bad about that?" again and so on untilk you rach a point where things couldnt get any worse. When you have reached this point you will probably see that the worst thing isnt that bad at all.
