It is complicated by the fact that she has a boyfriend, but being a close friend I know that their relationship isn't all sunshine and flowers (if you catch my drift). I want to confess my love but can't due to many other factors. Time for me to grow a pair I think, since I can't stop thinking about her...
Good luck, I feel your pain!

Hey. I am in exactly the same situation as you. If he really is your friend, and you can talk to him, just talk to him. He'll probably understand. If he does say yes, then good on you, well done! If he doesn't want to go out with you, then, as a friend, you will never lose him completely. Maybe in a year's time or whatever you can see what happens. Boys that are shy are usually much more likely to tzalk about these things than some of those big-headed idiots you sometimes get, if you understand me. Just have a go, girl. Nothing truly bad will happen.
I promise.
