Hi! I'm having some health issues - I'm in the process of losing weight and I've noticed I have started to develop spots, more white head zit type things on my body. Is this in any relation to the weight loss? It started I had one on my chest near my right boob, then I got one on the lip of my vagina and now I got one under my leg near my bum.....why am I getting these? They really hurt and tend to scar. They go eventually after a week or so but why get them in the first place?

dmartin89 agony auntI have recently lost 3 stone and I get these too.

I have found they are down to 3 main things

1) More exercise, more sweat, your skin is more dirty! I wash twice a day and clean my gym clothes each time after use but I still get spots around the parts where my bra and pants are.

2) Eating less, you may be getting less nutrients. Take a multivitamin

3) Drink more water. Lots of people say "I always drink 2.5 lites a day" But when you are actively making an effort to reduce your body fat %, you should be drinking DOUBLE that. Get a pint glass and make sure you are filling and draining it at least 6 times a day.

Hope this helps, it has helped me!!
