I'm depressed and need to lose weight fast, Please help.

Well...urmmm i'm being bullied about my weight and i eat healthy and excercise regulary but I'm still fat!!!:(

I get really depressed about it and have self harmed over it:(

Umm and all my friends are like the perfect size and I really want a boyfriend but i feel i am too ugly, i have had some in the past but they haven't worked out, how do i lose weight fast??

I am tired of people saying eat healthy and excercise because i already do.

What should i do??

greenmonkey00 agony auntYou are probably too young to understand this, but there is so much more to life than what other people think of you. You probably have so many great qualities...funny, intelligent, witty, respectful, charming. THOSE are the qualities that will take you places! Looks may get a guy in the first place, but it's the personality that keeps him there! Wait and see how many "perfect size" girls go through relationship after relationship. You will land the quality guy! You will have the relationship that everyone is envious over.

On a side note, if you want to lose weight for YOURSELF, then put your mind to it. The only way I am able to lose weight is when I eat sensibly and work out religiously. But I don't do it so someone will tell me I look good. I do it to FEEL good. If you FEEL good, screw everyone else. You are woman! Roar!

Please do not let anyone bully you. You are way too young to be worrying about weight and that sort of stuff, you have enough going on with the hormone at your age. Tell your parents and even a friendly teacher about the bullying but dont let it continue. Stamp it out now. I think the best way to lose weight is to eat sensibly, plenty of good stuff, chicken and salad is lovely for tea, and dance. Put some lovely dancy stuff on and dance around. Make sure you do it for about half and hour each day, it worked for me and it will cheer you up. Mail me if you want, but dont let this get you down, it is the sort of thing that happens in the teens.
