As others have said I doubt your husband would be too happy with the idea of you having sex with anybody else, regardless of their sex. Even if he was turned on by the idea, it would likely to cause insecurity and jealousy.
Plus if you sleep with this woman from work, and fall madly in love, then what? You will either end up torn between your marriage and this woman, or you will have to try and move on while working with this woman and seeing her in the workplace.
Its on things to have a fantasy, another to act it out with a co-worker while married to someone else.

Firstly, rewrite the question thus
'I am a married woman, but this man I work with is attractive we often joke about being a couple. I would really love to experience another male. How can I know if he feels the same?'
Upon reflection, you'll find the answer to be blindingly obvious. But, if the answer is not immediately obvious to you here's a second solution.
Ask your husband for his advice on your situation.
