I also have not made my friends aware that I like women, nor have I had any sexual experience with a woman (I have had with a man, I am not a virgin). Anyway I currently have feeling for one of my female friends. I have previously told a male friend that I had feelings for him, it didn’t go well, we decided against any kind of relationship and now through mutual embarrassment we are barely friends. Please will you share your experiences of telling friends of the same (or opposite) sex that you liked them. It would be awesome to hear from you. Also some advice as to how to deal with a crush on a straight girl would be very much appreciated. She has never given any indication that she likes girls and has only shown an interest in men. She is my flatmate so we are in close proximity a lot. Thank you very much Agony Aunts. X x

Every bisexual/gay girl has had a crush on a straight hirl at some point, i have had a few. When i was younger, i decided it would be a good plan to tell my straight friend i liked her, not good lol.
As hard as it is, staright girls are straight and there is nothing we can do about that and letting them you know you like them is not usually a good plan, as things can get very awkward and ruin a friendship, i think the best plan of action is to just try and move on and let it go.
