Then he put something up in the fridge and then we kissed. But he asked his friend what all happened last night? Well how do I know he really doesnt remember or not. How do I know he really dosent want to be with me also. Because he looks at me all the time with so much compassion in his eyes that I feel he might care about me. I mean are we talking 10 years or more. He probably said he cant remember because he is embarrased that you wont want to know, and will laugh at him.
I dont know about America, but the age of consent here in the U.K is 16. It really depends on the age gap.

 You're a bit young for dating an older guy. It's against the law. Now if he did remember, he may be covering his tracks by saying he does not because he knows at your age, the law doesn't take into consideration what you want to do until you turn 18.
