 if she is moving... first off ask yourself if you can handle a long distance relationship.
but honestly i don't see how telling her about your feelings can hurt either way.
either she feels the same way and she leaves with you both knowing how things will be or could have been.
or she doesn't feel the same way and you have some distance between the two of you to help you get over her!
what is she going to do about her girlfriend? don't butt into the relationship and try to steal her away, that could be a very bad thing.
just say "before you leave i have something i need to tell you..."
