I'm calm one minute and then I snap at people! What's wrong?

and i dont no why and it upsets me

but then i can suddaly be hyper

then calm

it really upsets me

dose any1 no why this might be?

Awww...don't worry about it. It happens to everyone at some point in their teenage years though some get it more than others.

However - try not to let it take over. Try to stay in a good mood and be nice to everyone - hard as it may seem. Personally I'm not the snappy type, but I do get a little over emotional sometimes!!

Don't worry. You'll get used to it and you'll get better at controlling these feelings! x x x

xapathyxrebornx agony auntIts horomones hun at this age it happens, just when you do it apologise and say you didn't mean it...if worst comes to worse explain "my hormones are just getting to me" people should understand...especcially other females =]
