writes:I've been with my girlfriend for about 1 year 2 1/2 months but I got a problem. You see I love her but I get bored with her. We are in high school but it really just feels like a friendship. One day she didn't come o school and I was amazingly happy. Don't get me wrong she's made me happy but as of late it's just boring. I have 4 classes with her and we barely say a word to each other, especially in lunch. When we eat she always says she's hired but when a friend of hers comes by, she gets all perky. She tells me she loves me but I've told her many times about this problem and she said she doesn't care anymore bout it. Ive considered many times about breaking up with her, we don't talk a lot, kiss, go out a lot (because of her parents). I just feel like a friend that pays for her movie ticket. Help. Plz. Is it me? It sounds like both of you aren't getting much from this relationship. I agree with the other comments. It'll hurt, but you'll both be better off in the long run.

 If you're not gaining much satisfaction from this relationship, you may as well break up with her. You're only 16/17, this isn't some long marriage where you may as well try and work for it.So yeh.. break up with her if you don't see your relationship going anywhere. It's possible that she feels the same. And you're not bad for feeling the way you do, it's natural for relationships to just fizzle out.
