 Well, while Uncle_Phil's idea would definitely work, you could take the less direct approach and just start flirting with him a little bit... show some interest in what he's doing, perhaps ask to tag along (as in trying to create excuses to be around each other more often... and hopefully in more one-on-one situations). Have you suggested after work drinks? ...or the sneaker way -- find out where he's going and be there?
