The past couple of years I've made it very clear that I want to move back there to be closer to friends and family. My BF has made it very clear that he does not want to move since all his friends and family are here. I've tried my hardest to be more comfortable with living here but I can't stop thinking about how I hate living here. So much that I'm beginning to resent my BF. I'm really not sure what to do at this point. Anyone been in this type of situation? Reply to this Question Share |

Usually we make sacrifices and compromises so I'm thinking- is this the ONLY thing that has you unhappy? Because to me, if you hang unto this and build it into a power struggle - you will Lose BF. And is that worth it?
There has to be more going on than just this. Because from where I stand, I see get over it and focus on what really matters.
