Only you can answer if you love him.
Its not easy forgiving someone who has betrayed your trust. If your truly wanting to start fresh you need to ensure that you're on the road to trusting him again. It takes time to regain that.
Look inside yourself, and ask if this is truly what you want? Can you truly trust him again?
I believe most people are capable of change. It may be too late though if you're questioning if u love him. Maybe the hurt of what transpired is too much to bare for you. It all depends on the person, and situation.
