Hi! okay, so i'll set the scene here: i'm a freshman in highschool, and we're 2 weeks into the school year. i'm in marching band with a boy who i really like. i've been practicing night and day in marching band for 3 months now, and i know what he likes, doesnt like, and his personality. The problem? He's a senior this year. I could have sworn he was a junior, but i was wrong. i think he likes me too, because he watches over me, and smiles at me whenever i look at him. i'm just not sure that the age difference is good, but i really like him! he's sweet and responsible, unlike freshman boys. i'm afraid to talk to him just in case i was wrong about him. what can i do?

Surely you can talk to him and be yourself without any danger. Build a friendship..be nice, cheery and independent. dont hang on him and text him...follow him. Dont become a stalker~babe.

Just be the person you are, he seems to like that person. I see no harm in going with the flow and seeing what happens. good luck, mal
