don't do it.if he wants to kiss you he will.don't force it cause if you do that yu both are going to regret it.so just wait for the right moment and don;t rush into things.

 Take him for a walk just the two of you, then find a nice place and sit down and just have a nice conversation.
After that, look him in the eyes and get closer to his face. Tell him with your eyes that you want to kiss him, without making it entirely noticable that that is your intention. If you looks away or moves back a little, then you can take the hint.
Usually when two people look eachother in the eyes, the kissing temptation becomes mutual.
Either way sounds like a risk! Are you willing to take it? I mean, whats the worse that can happen!
Just do it!!
