A female Ireland, anonymous writes:

Hi, My boyfriend has gone away working to the other side of the world for a couple of months. I'm in my second week now and I am feeling so lonely. We've been together for 3 years and I am afraid he will like the life of travelling and not come back.. How can I get these negative thoughts out of my head. We can only speak once a week as he is working in the jungle and only gets to the main land for 1 day to get near a phone and cannot access e-mail. I am feeling very insecure and starting to get very down about this... Any suggestions on helping me pull myself out of this....

eyeswideopen agony auntDon't go borrowing trouble. Most people can't afford to just travel to their heart's content. He'll probably return to you in a couple of months with lots of wonderful stories to tell. Relax don't sweat the unknown, instead get out and do stuff you like to do so you'll have your own adventures to tell him about.
