writes: i had an affair with a guy i met at work. i work at a hotel which he stays there from time to time cause he travels on his job. hes married and so am i but i was instantly attracted to him and we ended up having sex. it was a really good night for us but i cant stop thinking about him im afraid i could be falling for him and i dont want to. what can i do please help!!

It's been done.. you (a married woman) had sex with a married man. That's the problem with sex, it's very intimate, you usually have to like the person, and like is very close to love. Unfortunately, sex can lead to all types of emotions.
Solution: Cut all contact, never see him again, don't let him contact you, ignore him if you see him, and don't talk to him. If you continue any type of relationship, it will only get worse and then you and your husband will really get hurt. You had your fun, now it's turned sour, chalk it up to experience and put work into making your marriage and your life happier.
