writes: Okay...its not really a sex thing or anything like that...Ive just started getting really bad mood swings and its really getting to me, im one of those people who never cry unless something bad has happened, but today ive cried at least 5 times over nothing serious like my brothers spending my dinner money, my mom just talking to me...and I get really angry for no reason at all and usually take it out on the walls..what do I do to calm myself down?...whats wrong with me? x

reader, anonymous, writes (5 May 2009): It is hormones. Nothing is wrong with you everybody goes threw this as some point in there life. Often at the beggining and throughout puberty. Some women get very moody during there period. Girls have it worse than men. Some people get them there whole life but don't wory your hormones will settle

reader, anonymous, writes (5 May 2009): I got really bad mood swings at your age. For the next few years, my family knew me as 'the moody one' When I reached 17, I knew I wanted to stop or calm down. I did change but my family still made fun of me till they believed I changed. All I can say is it's normal and you should grow out of it.
