hi, i am currently almost 8 months pregnant and been feeling really down. my husband of 5 years doesnt seem to understand how much i need his support right now, he is always letting me down and making me feel unloved. recently he has started to go out alot more with his friends and never offers to take me out, im always at home with our 4 year old son. for instance we had made arrangements for him to take me to the cinema and out to the local, but then he told me he was going out with mates instead, we argued and he said he would go with them, come pic me up at 9 for the cinema, take me home straight after the film and go back into town to his mates, when i said i would rather not bother and got a little tearful he started moaning at me saying i was being stupid and making a big fuss about nothing. is he right? i just felt like i was being rushed and that i was second best again, its not the 1st time this has happened, i didnt get a card for valentines or mothers day and its been about 6months since we went out just the two of us, he doesnt even make an effort for my birthday. i love my husband very much and i know he loves me, but he never shows it. i dont know what to do or if its me in the wrong. please help.

Hey, I know exactly what ur going through. I am almost 8 months pregnant myself. It seems like all my hunny wants to do is be with his friends and put his family on the back burner. This is my fourth child. We have two boys and a girl already, and this one is a girl too. I feel so lonely waiting up for him almost every night. He feels it's his right to go where ever since he works all week. I stay at home with the kids and have no break. I love him with all my heart, but I need compassion also. I wish I could give you the answer to make him understand like I know you wish he could, but I can't even figure it out for myself. If I try talking to him, i'm always the one whos over acting, and wrong for wanting the attention. I know I'm not wrong and I deserve love. I'm damn good to him and a good mother too. I'm sure you know how I feel. I wish you all the best. I hope you find that magical something that will open his eyes to see what he has, and what he's missing out on. Sometimes it just boils down to , they don't know what they've got till it's gone.

Hey There:)

Nothing is wrong with you he does need 2 show you that he loves you more often!!!! Especially right now that you are pregnant!!!! That's kind of mean that he didn't give you at least a card 4 Valentine's Day or Mother's Day!!!! Well all I can say is that you sit down with him and talk 2 him and tell him that he is not showing you that he loves you!!!!Try not 2 get emotional cuz guys really don't take you seriously when you cry trust me I know!!!! Well good luck and email me 2 tell me how it goes!!!!Sorry if it goes bad:(!!!!!!!!!!

Sincerely,

Selenne:)
