Hey, Im 16 to and next week im getting on birth control. Unlike you i havent had sex yet, but im still getting on the pill. You can always tell your mother that you are having problems with your period, whether is be irregular or your just having really bad cramps. When you go to the doctor to get the pill you will also have to get a pap smear and the doctor will also ask you some personal questions, but before they ask they have to ask you if you would like your parents (or whoever may be in the room) to leave. It is best that you tell the doctor the truth when they ask if you are sexual active, but everything is confidentual, therefore your mother will not find out.
If you dont seem to have problems with your period, and you dont want to lie to your mom, maybe telling the truth would be the best thing to do. She may be disappointed in your actions but im sure she wont hate you for it.
Let me know if everything turns out ok.
Bye & Good luck!

go to your local doctors and tell them your situation and they will prescribe you the pill for free, what you tell your doctor is in confidence so ur mum wont find out

It's really hard to tell your mom, but if you can you'll probably be better off in the long run. She likely wants the best for you and can give you help and advice. That does depend on your mom of course, but she'll know a lot about contraception and certainly won't want you getting pregnant.

They are understanding people and you sound level headed and responsible so there will be no problems there. You will get the birth control that you need but for now keep on with the condoms.take carexx
