Me and this guy he's not my boyfriend as such, we always mess around... Weve done alot of things together i really like him, i think he likes me as well but im not sure, we always flirt with each other, but we're not together either, we're planning on having sex, i feel ready for it, im 16 in a few weeks, but he's only 14 does that make it wrong? And why hasnt he asked me out?

Don't know about the UK, but here, if your 16 and he's 14 you could be arrested, charged (and likely convicted) of felony Sex with a child. You'd serve time, and have to register the rest of your life with the police and your on line profile would likely read "sex with a minor"... when you're a 40 year old mom, it's got to be very hard to have that come up when someone Googles your name.

Is it worth it?
